उत्तराखंड में जनगणना के पहले चरण की अधिसूचना जारी, 25 अप्रैल से शुरू होगी मकान गणना
उत्तराखंड में प्रथम चरण की मतगणना 25 अप्रैल से 24 मई 2026 तक चलेगी। इसके लिए सीएम धामी ने स्वीकृति दे दी है।
जनगणना के पहले चरण में मकानों की गणना 25 अप्रैल से शुरू होगी। बुधवार को सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग ने इसकी अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। खास बात यह है कि पहली बार लोगों को अपने मकान की खुद गणना करने का विकल्प भी वेबसाइट के माध्यम से दिया जाएगा.
प्रथम चरण की मकान सूचीकरण एवं मकानों की गणना 25 अप्रैल से 24 मई तक करवाए जाने के प्रस्ताव पर मुख्यमंत्री की स्वीकृति के बाद मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन की ओर से जनगणना के पहले चरण की अधिसूचना जारी की गई। राज्य में जनगणना 2027 के सफल क्रियान्वयन के लिए नियुक्त नोडल अधिकारी दीपक कुमार की ओर से राज्य में जनगणना को सही तरीके से संपन्न करवाने का पूर्ण आश्वासन दिया गया है।
जनगणना निदेशक इवा आशीष श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि मकान गणना के तहत 10 अप्रैल से 24 अप्रैल तक 15 दिन की अवधि में प्रदेश की जनता को स्व गणना का विकल्प भी दिया जाएगा। पोर्टल के माध्यम से वे स्व गणना में शामिल हो सकेंगे। इसका पोर्टल जल्द ही लांच होने वाला है, जिसमें 33 सवालों का जवाब देना होगा।
इस बार ये 33 सवाल
1. भवन नंबर (नगर या स्थानीय प्राधिकरण या जनगणना नंबर)
2. जनगणना मकान नंबर
3. जनगणना मकान के फर्श में प्रयुक्त सामग्री (मिट्टी, सीमेंट, टाइल, पत्थर आदि)
4. मकान की दीवार में प्रयुक्त सामग्री (मिट्टी, सीमेंट आदि)
5. मकान की छत में प्रयुक्त सामग्री (मिट्टी, सीमेंट आदि)
6. मकान का उपयोग
7. मकान की हालत (अच्छी, कच्ची छत, कंक्रीट छत आदि)
8. परिवार क्रमांक
9. परिवार में रहने वाले व्यक्तियों की कुल संख्या
10. परिवार के मुखिया का नाम
11. परिवार के मुखिया का लिंग
12. क्या परिवार का मुखिया अनुसूचित जाति, जनजाति या अन्य से संबंधित है
13. मकान के स्वामित्व की स्थिति
14. परिवार के पास रहने के लिए उपलब्ध कमरे (वन रूम, टू रूम, थ्री रूम आदि)
15. परिवार में रहने वाले विवाहित दंपतियों की संख्या
16. पेयजल का मुख्य स्त्रोत (टैप वाटर, ट्यूबवेल, हैंडपंप या अन्य)
17. पेयजल स्त्रोत की उपलब्धता
18. प्रकाश का मुख्य स्त्रोत (बिजली, सोलर बिजली, केरोसिन आदि)
19. शौचालय की सुलभता
20. शौचालय का प्रकार
21. गंदे पानी की निकासी (खुली, ढकी नाली या कोई नहीं)
22. बाथरूम की उपलब्धता
23. रसोईघर और एलपीजी, पीएनजी कनेक्शन की उपलब्धता
24. खाना पकाने के लिए प्रयुक्त ईंधन (एलपीजी या पीएनजी)
25. रेडियो, ट्रांजिस्टर
26. टेलीविजन
27. इंटरनेट सुविधा
28. लैपटॉप, कंप्यूटर
29. टेलीफोन, मोबाइल फोन, स्मार्ट फोन
30. साइकिल, स्कूटर, मोटरसाइकिल, मोपेड
31. कार, जीप, वैन
32. परिवार द्वारा उपभोग किया जाने वाला मुख्य अनाज
33. मोबाइल नंबर (केवल जनगणना संबंधी सूचना के लिए)
